HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
Potential participants of CEGH Gas Exchange of Vienna Stock Exchange have to fulfil certain requirements and sign documents before they are allowed to participate in trading of products of the CEGH Gas Exchange of Vienna Stock Exchange.
The following necessary steps should give an impression of the registration procedure. These step's are also shown in the following guide.

1) Technical requirements
In order to get connected to the GlobalVision Exchange Trading System it is necessary to choose the kind of connectivity and order the connection.
All important documents are listed in the subitem "Technical Requirements".
2) Contractual requirements
A further step in the member setup process is becoming a member of the involved companies and signing the necessary legal documents with them.
2.1) Potential members of CEGH Gas Exchange of Vienna Stock Exchange have to become a Central European Gas Hub AG Member.
- Therefore potential participants have to sign the "CEGH Agreement" (www.ceghotc.com).
2.2) Furthermore potential members of CEGH Gas Exchange of Vienna Stock Exchange have to become a member of Wiener Börse AG. Therefore they have to sign the Wiener Börse AG Membership Agreement - The according legal framework can be found in the sub item "Contractual Requirements".
2.3) In addition a potential member has to sign a contract with the clearing house European Commodity Clearing AG (ECC)
- Therefore existing and potential members have to sign the according Contracts with ECC which can be found in the sub item "Contractual Requirements".
- In addition Non-Clearing Members (NCMs) have to sign a contract with a General Clearing Member (GCM).

3) User Setup
To finalize the setup process a potential member in addition has to complete certain forms in order to set up the persons with specific rights on the trading system. All necessary docs can be found in the subitem "User Setup".
