<\/h2>\n                <ul>\n<li><strong>42.08 TWh were nominated at the CEGH VTP in August 2025.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The EEX CEGH Austrian Gas Market recorded a traded volume of 23.26 <\/strong><strong>TWh.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The EEX CEGH Czech Gas Spot Market saw a growth of 57.3% <\/strong><strong>compared to August 2024.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CEGH VTP:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In August 2025, nominated gas volumes at the CEGH VTP reached <strong>42.08 TWh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>churn rate<\/strong> was <strong>4.5<\/strong>, indicating good market liquidity (the churn rate is a measure of<br \/>\nliquidity and indicates how many times a MWh of natural gas is traded before it is finally<br \/>\nphysically transferred).<\/p>\n<p>Per end of August, CEGH had <strong>369 registered members.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EEX CEGH Austrian Gas Market:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In August, <strong>23.26 TWh<\/strong> were traded on the EEX CEGH Market in Austria with the <strong>Spot Market <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>contributing<\/strong> <strong>10 TWh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Futures Market<\/strong> reached <strong>13.3 TWh<\/strong>, an <strong>increase of 96% year-on-year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Per end of August, <strong>229 members<\/strong> were registered on the Austrian EEX CEGH Gas Market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EEX CEGH Czech Gas Market:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A <strong>total of 1.89 TWh<\/strong> were traded on the EEX CEGH Czech Gas Market in August.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Spot Market<\/strong> accounted for <strong>1.82 TWh<\/strong> \u2013 an <strong>increase of 57.3%<\/strong> compared to August 2024!<\/p>\n<p>On the <strong>Futures Market<\/strong>, <strong>0.07 TWh<\/strong> were traded.<\/p>\n<p>Per end of August, <strong>97 companies<\/strong> were registered on the EEX CEGH Czech Gas Market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btn btn--primary\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cegh.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/CEGH-Result_2025-08.pdf\">Results August 2025<\/a><\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n    \n        ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":34,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"content-type":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[61],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1235150","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-monthly-press-release-cz"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>EEX CEGH Austrian Futures Market nearly doubles in August 2025 vs August 2024!
