Als zus\u00e4tzlichen Service bietet der CEGH eine webbasierte Plattform f\u00fcr die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung von Insiderinformationen an. Dies erm\u00f6glicht Marktteilnehmern Insider Information kostenlos, schnell und effizient gem\u00e4\u00df EU REMIT Richtlinien zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n

REMIT (Regulation on wholesale Energy Market Integration and Transparency) ist eine EU Initiative f\u00fcr mehr Transparenz am Gasmarkt. REMIT Paragraph 4 besagt, dass Marktteilnehmer Insiderinformationen rechtzeitig und effektiv ver\u00f6ffentlichen m\u00fcssen. Ansonsten k\u00f6nnte es zu Handelssanktionen kommen und Markteilnehmer k\u00f6nnen sich strafbar machen.<\/p>\n

Die CEGH REMIT Plattform wird vom \u00f6sterreichischen Energieregulator Energie-Control Austria (E-Control) unterst\u00fctzt und erf\u00fcllt die aktuellen ACER Anforderungen.<\/p>\n

Die Registrierung und Nutzung der Plattform ist kostenlos.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n

Alle Marktteilnehmer k\u00f6nnen nach der Registrierung Informationen ver\u00f6ffentlichen. Nicht-registrierte Kunden k\u00f6nnen auf der Plattform s\u00e4mtliche ver\u00f6ffentlichte Informationen einsehen.<\/p>\n

CEGH m\u00f6chte damit einen effizienten und transparenten Energiemarkt unterst\u00fctzen und Markteilnehmern eine zentrale Plattform zur effektiven Ver\u00f6ffentlichung und Bereitstellung von Insider Informationen in Zentral- und Osteuropa bieten.<\/p>\n
