CEGH VTP volumes increase by 42% in April 2020
- 68.57 TWh were nominated at the CEGH VTP in April 2020 – an increase of 42% compared to last year
- 12.6 TWh were traded on the EEX CEGH Austrian Gas Market, almost equalling volumes of April 2019
- 257 members registered at CEGH – a plus of 19
The nominated gas volumes at the CEGH VTP reached an amount of 68.57 TWh in April 2020, an increase of 42% compared to April 2019. In total, 298 TWh were nominated in the first 4 months of 2020, an increase of 20% compared to 2019.
The Churn Rate was 4.35. CEGH had 257 members by end of April, an increase of 19 members compared to April last year.
EEX CEGH Austrian Gas Market:
12.62 TWh of natural gas were traded in April 2020 on the EEX CEGH Austrian Gas Market. The EEX CEGH Spot Market recorded a volume of 7.16 TWh, an increase of 6% compared to April 2019. On the Futures Market 5.46 TWh were traded.
EEX CEGH Czech Gas Market:
On the EEX CEGH Czech Gas Market, traded volumes in April 2020 amounted to 0.85 TWh, a plus of 2% compared to last year. On the Spot Market, 539 GWh were traded and on the Futures Market 316 GWh.
By the end of April 2020, 35 companies were registered on the EEX CEGH Czech Gas Market.
