{"id":59858,"date":"2022-08-10T12:51:00","date_gmt":"2022-08-10T10:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cegh.at\/?p=59858"},"modified":"2024-03-14T13:50:06","modified_gmt":"2024-03-14T12:50:06","slug":"cegh-results-july-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cegh.at\/en\/cegh-results-july-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"37.7 TWh were traded at the EEX CEGH Austrian Gas Market in July 2022, the second-highest volume in its history!\u00a0 \u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n    \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n                    \n            <div class=\"ce ce-text pb-0\n         ce--mb-standard                          ce--sp-small          ce--full\n             u-bgColor-white \"\n             id=\"News 2022\">\n                                    <div class=\"container-fluid\">\n                            <div class=\"row\">\n                    <div class=\"cc-text__text col-12 col-md-12 col-xl-12 mx-auto text-left\">\n                        <div class=\"ce-textblock\" data-animation=\"true\" data-animation-duration=\"300\">\n    <div class=\"ce-textblock__text\">\n                    <p class=\"ce-textblock__topline\">Wednesday, 10 August 2022<\/p>\n                            <h2 class=\"\"> 37.7 TWh were traded at the EEX CEGH Austrian Gas Market in July 2022, the second-highest volume in its history!  <\/h2>\n                <ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"large\"><strong>49.3 TWh were nominated on the CEGH VTP in July 2021\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"large\"><strong>On the EEX CEGH Futures Market, 23.4 TWh were traded, which is an increase of 614% compared to July 2021!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"large\"><strong>3.9 TWh were traded on the EEX CEGH Czech Gas Market, an increase of 272% compared to the same month in 2021<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>CEGH VTP:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Despite the\u00a0challenging market situation, the nominated gas volume at the CEGH VTP reached an amount of 49.3 TWh in July 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The Churn Rate was 4.68 (The churn rate is a measure of liquidity and indicates how often one MWh of natural gas is traded before it is finally transferred also physically).<\/p>\n<p>By the end of July, CEGH had 278 members.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>EEX CEGH Austrian Gas Market:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>37.7 TWh of natural gas were traded in July 2022 on the EEX CEGH Austrian Gas Market, the second-highest volume in its history and an increase of 161% compared to July 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The EEX CEGH Spot Market recorded a volume of 14.3 TWh, and on the Futures Market, 23.4 TWh of natural gas were traded!
