52.21 TWh were nominated on the CEGH VTP, the highest volume in 2023 so far!
- 52.21 TWh were nominated at the CEGH VTP in August 2023.
- 27.29 TWh were traded on the EEX CEGH Market Austria.
- 2.89 TWh were traded on the EEX CEGH Czech Gas Market in August.
CEGH VTP:
The nominated gas volumes at the CEGH VTP reached an amount of 52.21 TWh in August 2023, a plus of 7.2% compared to last month.
The Churn Rate was 4.86 (The churn rate is a measure of liquidity and indicates how often one MWh of natural gas is traded before it is finally transferred also physically).
By end of August, CEGH had 307 members.
EEX CEGH Austrian Gas Market:
On the EEX CEGH Market Austria a volume of 27.29 TWh were traded in August.
The EEX CEGH Spot Market recorded a volume of 15.7 TWh and on the Futures Market 11.59 TWh were achieved.
By end of August, 155 members were registered on Austrian EEX CEGH Gas Market.
EEX CEGH Czech Gas Market:
On the EEX CEGH Czech Gas Market, 2.89 TWh were traded, a plus of 78.8% compared to last month!
On the Spot Market, 1.28 TWh were traded, whereas at the Futures Market, the volume amounted to 1.61 TWh, which is a growth of 103.2% compared to July 2023!
By end of August, 65 companies were registered on the EEX CEGH Czech Gas Market.
